Pumpman

Spemocean Pte Ltd. is looking to hire Pumpman for their upcoming project in Brunei.  Local Bruneian is preferred but client will be willing to consider other nationalities.  More information will be provided to suitable candidates.

Overall responsibilities/duties are, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:

- Perform the activities as instructed his superior.
- Support the derrickman in his task executing manual works as required & relieve the Derrickman.
- To maintain working areas, tools, equipment and safety harnesses in a safe, clean, tidy and orderly manner.
- Be safety conscious in all his work and behavior and use compulsory protective equipment.
- Report any safety hazard and near-miss accidents to his immediate superior.
- Be familiar with all relevant work and safety procedures and promote the implementation of same.
- Participate in all safety meetings held on board.
- Be familiar with his/her duties during safety drill and in an emergency situations.
- Promptly report any safety hazard, accident, near-miss accident and non-conformance to his/her immediate superior.
